Thank you for visiting our website. By accessing, browsing, or booking any of our travel and tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Services. These terms apply to all bookings made through our official website, affiliated platforms, and authorized representatives.
We encourage you to read these terms carefully before proceeding with your reservation.
1. Bookings
To make a booking, please complete our online enquiry or booking form with all required details. Once your request is received, one of our experienced travel consultants will contact you with available options, itinerary details, and pricing.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and an official confirmation letter has been issued by our team.
Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays, and our consultants may reach out via email or phone for clarification.
2. Payments
- A. Deposit
All tours and services are subject to availability. To secure your booking, an advance deposit is required. The deposit amount will be communicated by your travel consultant during correspondence.
A booking will be treated as confirmed only after the advance payment has been received and acknowledged in writing. - B. Payment Methods
We provide secure and convenient payment options. You may pay online or via direct bank transfer. Complete payment instructions will be shared upon request. - C. Invoice and Taxes
After confirming your booking, we will issue an official invoice for your records.
All our quotes and prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per the Government of India. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that these taxes are paid in full. - D. Currency Exchange
For the latest foreign exchange rates, travelers are advised to visit the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) official website at www.rbi.org.in.
3. Traveler Information
To process your booking, we may require certain personal details such as your passport copy, date of birth, contact information, and address.
These details are collected only for travel documentation purposes and are handled confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. What’s Included in the Price
Unless otherwise specified, most India Golden Triangle Tour packages include the following:
- Comfortable accommodation in selected hotels or resorts (based on category)
- Private or group transportation
- Daily breakfast at hotels
- Services of licensed English-speaking local guides
- Basic entrance tickets and cultural experiences (as mentioned in your itinerary)
Accommodation:
We partner with carefully selected hotels known for comfort, hygiene, and hospitality. If a listed hotel is unavailable, a similar standard hotel will be arranged at no extra cost.
Vehicles and Drivers:
Our guests travel in air-conditioned, well-maintained vehicles driven by professional and courteous English-speaking drivers. In case of a mechanical issue, immediate replacements are arranged.
Guides/Escorts:
We provide licensed guides approved by the Government of India for sightseeing tours. Multilingual guides (Spanish, German, Italian, French, Russian, Japanese, etc.) can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
Meals:
Breakfast is included in most packages. Some itineraries also include lunches, dinners, or themed meals, as stated in your inclusions list.
Taxes and Charges:
All standard taxes, parking fees, tolls, and driver expenses are included unless specified otherwise.
5. What’s Not Included
Unless specifically mentioned in your package, the following are not included:
- International or domestic airfare
- Travel insurance and visa charges
- Tips, laundry, telephone calls, and mini-bar expenses
- Personal shopping or drinks
- Entrance fees for optional sightseeing or activities
- Costs arising from flight delays, strikes, or natural calamities
Tips:
Tipping is voluntary but appreciated. It is customary to tip your driver or guide based on the quality of service provided.
6. Pricing Policy
Tour prices are dynamic and may vary depending on airfare changes, hotel availability, tax revisions, and currency fluctuations.
We reserve the right to modify prices or special offers without prior notice.
Pricing may also differ among travelers depending on the time of booking and applicable offers.
7. Travel Documents
After receiving your payment and confirmation, you will be issued all relevant travel documents, such as your itinerary, vouchers, and invoices.
Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately if corrections are needed.
Original documents may be handed over upon your arrival or through our local representative.
8. Hotel Check-in / Check-out Policy
Most hotels in India follow a 12:00 PM check-out and 2:00 PM check-in system.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out depend entirely on hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
While we can request an exception on your behalf, the final decision rests with the hotel.
9. Amendments and Extensions
If you wish to make changes to your booking or extend your stay, please inform us in writing.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Any additional costs due to amendments will be the traveler’s responsibility.
10. Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Telephone or verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
For individual or group bookings, cancellations should be made at least 7–30 days prior to the tour start date (depending on the service).
During peak travel seasons (such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, etc.), bookings are non-refundable.

11. Exclusion from the Tour
We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is illegal, abusive, or disruptive to others.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and all related costs will be borne by the traveler.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–15 business days after confirmation from relevant suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or cheque, and all related bank charges will be the responsibility of the traveler.
13. Unutilized Services
No refunds are issued for unused services such as missed hotel stays, meals, or sightseeing once the tour has commenced.
However, we will assist in securing applicable refunds from service providers where possible.
14. Offers and Discounts
Promotional offers and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other schemes.
Offers may be changed or withdrawn without notice and may not apply during high-demand travel periods or holidays.
15. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously.

We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
